Returns and refund terms

ALFEX does not accept purchasers requesting cancellations or returning purchased items, except in the following cases:

1) The delivery time for the purchase of the goods is more than 14 working days.

When the cancellation request is accepted, we will send you a cancellation confirmation via email. Thereafter, we will refund your payment to your registered bank account within thirty (30) days.
